Speech-Language Pathologist-Clinical Fellow

We are seeking a high-achieving CF candidate who wants to begin his/her career in a unique and exciting way under the direct supervision of some of the field’s most experienced and qualified SLPs.

This position will provide you with incredible hands-on opportunities with schools. Our fast-paced start-up environment provides constant challenges and excitement. As part of our growing team, your experiences and feedback will be essential to helping develop the best online platform for speech-language therapy.

Position Description:

Provide speech and language services to students in kindergarten through high school in a variety of school sites utilizing telepractice under the supervision of a licensed, certified SLP. The CF is responsible for case management, IEPs, consultation and collaboration with teachers and school staff as well as documentation of student services. There will also be opportunities to contribute to other aspects of our telepractice business.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Scheduling students for speech/language therapy.
  • Providing intervention based on IEP goals.
  • Managing a paraprofessional remotely.
  • Attending IEP meetings.
  • Collaboration and consultation with teachers.
  • Writing progress reports, IEPs and daily therapy notes.
  • Data collection and analysis.
  • Providing informal assessment and screening as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with local, state and federal rules, regulations and mandates.
  • Consulting with the supervising SLP on a regular basis.

Work Experience: Clinical internship in school setting.

Skills required: Must have a basic knowledge of technology .

Certification/License Required: Must be eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year and state license.

Education: Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.

Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist

Position Description: 

You will provide direct speech and language services to ELL students in the San Francisco Bay Area as well as consult with teachers, principals, parents, etc. to ensure that your students are receiving high quality services that meet their needs. You will be responsible for case management, IEPs, consultation and collaboration with teachers and school staff as well as documentation of your services. In addition, you will be advising the CCO regarding quality bilingual services and establishing protocols that will improve services for ELL students.

Qualifications: 

We are looking for a strong, bilingual (Spanish) SLP who shares a desire to advance the SLP field. In addition to impeccable clinical credentials, you have an ability to create systems and processes that sustain our clinical quality as the company grows.

Specific requirements include:

  • Strong school-based background
    • Experience with delivering speech services in the school environment
    • Familiarity with IEPs and online IEP systems
    • Great communication skills
    • Ability to adapt quickly to change
    • An ability to work with families of ELL students
